Sebastian Kennerknecht

Sebastian is a wildlife and conservation photographer with over fourteen years of experience creating images of wild cats. He has photographed more wild cat species than any other person in the world, including some of the most elusive felines like the borneo bay cat, Andean mountain cat, and African golden cat.

Sebastian has produced high quality editorial photographs, time-lapses, videos, and web content featured in and by BBC Wildlife, Smithsonian, the Economist, Science, and Conservation International, among others.

Sebastian graduated with a bachelor of science in ecology and evolution from the University of California - Santa Cruz, and is an associate fellow with the International League of Conservation Photographers (iLCP).

Rachel Tobias



Melissa Groo

Rachel is a wildlife photographer and a customer experience expert. She makes sure that your entire cat expedition is seamless from beginning to end. Having traveled to over forty countries in search of photographing wildlife she knows what is involved into creating an all around experience that is unforgettable. Besides always exploring new accommodations and dining options for our tours, Rachel often co-leads tours with Sebastian.

Melissa Groo


Melissa Groo

Melissa is a wildlife photographer, writer, and conservationist. She's an associate fellow with the International League of Conservation Photographers. She writes a bimonthly column on wildlife photography for Outdoor Photographer magazine, and is a contributing editor to Audubon magazine. Melissa travels extensively to lead photography workshops and on assignment for magazines. Her work is represented by National Geographic Image Collection.

Daniel Dietrich


Daniel Dietrich

Daniel is an award winning wildlife photographer and cinematographer living in Point Reyes, California. His photographs, video and writings have been featured on TV, in numerous publications and in film. His commitment to ethics in wildlife photography is of the utmost importance.

Daniel sits on the ethics committee for the North America Nature Photography Association (NANPA) and founded the non-profit Conservation Kids.
